Sept. 15: Welcome Home Cabbie Richards!

Scotty and Ziggy look back at a tough Jays loss to the Rays where Berrios was still stellar. Plus, Ziggy is attending the Jays game today and there is a debate whether or not he should wear a jersey with his name on it. Big topic today is whether or not Vladdy has made a case to catch Ohtani for MVP (1:11). First up Tim Leiper, former Jays 1B coach, who predicted Vlad would be MVP at the start of the season. He discusses his new role with the Giants and how they are staying ahead of the Dodgers (1:10:40). We then head to Tampa to speak with Ian Beckles, Canadian born, former guard in the NFL and now a radio host in Tampa - the new city of champions (1:27:21). Sept. 14: Can Vladdy Pass Ohtani for MVP?

Scotty and Ziggy look back at the Jays and Rays and while the offence was impressive it's hard not to point to Alek Manoah, his killer slider and the fastest Jay to 100K (1:10:00). Up early with us is Joshua Kloke of The Athletic. He's been at development camp, looks at the prospects worth paying attention to, plus where is Nick Ritchie going to fit in on this roster (53:56)? Next up Kevin Barker who looks at how twitter disliking Charlie Montoyo doesn't mean anything. The Manoah slider is a great combo with a fastball that moves. He also says with respect to Semien he's not Vladdy or Ohtani (1:10:43). Later, three-time Super Bowl champion and now a sports radio host Mark Schlereth joins the show to discuss Week 1, why the Rams might have been the most impressive team and how Aaron Rodgers didn't seem focused enough on football in the off-season (1:47:35). Finally, Stephen Brunt on attending the Jays game last night and feeling like a kid watching that performance (2:07:48).

Plus, at the US Open Leylah fell short and Novak didn't complete the calendar slam (1:19). Jon Morosi drops by to look at the Jays run and why they are a legit fave to keep the Wild Card slot, and why the player who pushes the Jays over the top is George Springer (49:23). Later on, Ross Tucker looks back at Week 1 in the NFL, why we should wait and see when it comes to the Packers and Aaron Rodgers, and why the new playoff format makes those losses by the Bills and Browns that much worse (1:38:39). Finally, Arash Madani points at two signature moments from the Jays' recent streak and why Canada has proven that after Spain they are the next best tennis nation in the world (2:09:08).
